Starting a call

Do I need to download an app?

No. Flirtify runs in the browser on phones and computers. On a phone you can add it to your home screen if you want an icon for it.

Who will I be matched with?

A girl — every match is a girl. If you would rather choose, open girls online to see who is free, where she is and the languages she speaks, and call her directly.

Do I have to fill in a profile first?

No. You can start your first call without writing a profile.

Camera, sound and connection

The call will not connect, or she cannot see me

• Check that your browser is allowed to use the camera and microphone for this site (the lock or camera icon in the address bar).
• Close other apps or tabs that might be using the camera.
• Move to a steadier connection — Wi-Fi rather than a weak mobile signal.
• Reload the page, or try a different up-to-date browser.

The Next button is greyed out

In a matched call, Next can take a few seconds to become available. Once its short countdown ends you can move on to another girl.

She speaks another language

Use the message box in the call. Any message she sends can be translated with one tap, and typing a word is often quicker than repeating it.

Coins and billing

Is it free?

New accounts get some free call time. How much is set by automated checks against abuse, so there is no fixed amount. After that, calls use coins.

How much does a call cost?

There is no single rate — each girl sets her own price, so two calls of the same length can cost different amounts. Coins are bought in advance and used up as the call runs.

Will I be charged without noticing?

No. A notice appears in the call before free time ends and charging begins.

My purchase has not shown up

Payment confirmation from the payment provider can take a moment. Check your wallet after a short wait. If it still has not arrived, see contact — card numbers are not stored here, so have the payment receipt to hand.

Safety

Someone was rude or made me uncomfortable

Report them right there in the call, or hang up — no reason needed — and report them from their profile or your chat. If you like, block them too. Reports are reviewed by a person, and a block takes effect right away — you can undo it from your block list if you change your mind.

What happens to accounts that break the rules?

They are removed, and a removed account cannot register again. The community guidelines list what counts.

Are calls recorded?

No. Calls are not recorded by the site, and recording the other person is against the terms.

Where are my settings?

In the app's settings you will find your account details, password change, general settings and log out.

How do I delete my account?

Deletion is handled on request — see contact. The privacy policy explains what is kept afterwards and why.

Getting in touch

[email protected] reaches a person. For anything that happened on a call, reporting them right there in the call is faster — contact lists which route fits what.
