Terms of Service
In one breath: you must be at least 18, calls are one-to-one and stay non-explicit, nobody records anybody, and calls are paid for with coins.
Using Flirtify
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or take part in a call. Accounts found to belong to anyone younger are closed.
One account, one person. Keep your login to yourself and do not run an account for someone else.
On a call
Every call is a one-to-one conversation. The following close an account:
- Explicit material on camera. It is not permitted here, from either side of the call.
- Anything involving a person under 18, in any form. Removal is immediate and the matter is passed to the authorities.
- Harassment, threats or pressure — including pushing on after someone has said no.
- Recording the other person, or copying and passing on any part of a call.
- Posing as someone else, or using calls to advertise, recruit or run a scheme.
Reports, removals and blocks
Reports are reviewed by people. An account removed for breaking these terms is removed, and the same person cannot register again with a new account. A removal can be appealed through the contact page. A block works the moment you press it: that person can no longer call or message you, and you can lift it any time from your block list.
Either side can end a call at any time without giving a reason.
Coins and billing
- Calls are paid with coins bought in advance, which are used up as the call runs.
- Each girl sets her own price. There is no single rate, so two calls of the same length can cost different amounts.
- New accounts receive some trial time. The amount is set by automated anti-abuse checks, so no specific amount is promised.
- A notice appears before charging starts, so the move from trial time to paid time is never silent.
- Card numbers are not stored by this site. Payments are processed by a payment provider.
Availability
The service is provided as it is. Who is available depends on who is online at the time, so no particular girl, waiting time or uninterrupted service is guaranteed.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top of the page changes when they do, and using the service after that means the new version applies.
Privacy
What is collected and kept is covered by the Privacy Policy.
